Ariba STS delivers a variety of online self-help tools, account configuration assistance, and help with Ariba Supplier Network registration issues. It also provides you with:

This service is intended for suppliers that are technically integrated with Ariba Supplier Network through cXML and EDI. This service can also support catalog suppliers who need assistance with catalog formatting and validation.

Pricing
Ariba Supplier Technical Support is available at $1,000 per year per Ariba Supplier Network account. This subscription applies to all buyer relationships in your Network account. You can sign up for Ariba STS and pay via credit card on the Ariba Supplier Network.



Getting Started with Ariba STS Sign up for the Ariba STS Program in four easy steps:

  • Log on to the Ariba Supplier Network
  • Click the My Services link on the left-side menu bar
  • Click the Sign Up button next to the service description
  • Follow the wizard and fill out the information
